We're slowly recovering from the shock. Two things are apparent to us at this point:

1. Microsoft won't re-evaluate.
2. Those who use AutoPatcher, love it.

Allow me to use this opportunity to do a little brainstorming. It will be a long post, but it might give you some insight or even food for thought...

Today we received an e-mail from Microsoft, requesting the immediate take-down of the download page, which of course means that AutoPatcher is probably history. As much as we disagree, we can do very little, and although the download page is merely a collection of mirrors, we took the download page down.

We would like to thank you for your support. For the past 4 years, it has been a blast. Unfortunately, it seems like it's the end of AutoPatcher as we know it.

The August releases are here! Available from the download page
Note, the Vista & XP/Server-2003 x64 releases are not quite ready yet though, they'll be added real soon.

We have two surprises for you all this month.
1) We now have releases for Microsoft Office XP/2003/2007 (thanks to our new team member, Erik).
2) AutoPatcher 5.6 now supports slipstreaming updates into installation media, and my releases have slipstream installation instructions added to most general windows patches.

Updates
1) Office releases are now available to order via CD/DVD
2) We seem to be having some trouble getting the slipstream functionality to work as expected :(

The rest of the July 2007 releases are now complete. You can get them via the links in the download page

Looking at the release time, we seem to be getting back on track now after all the major changes the project has been going through since March :)

Blaze

Patch Tuesday was last Tuesday, and so, here are the July releases.

At the moment, there are only available AutoPatcher Vista and AutoPatcher XP/2003 x64 releases. Blaze is working in the other much wanted releases (AutoPatcher XP, 2000 and 2003) and will release them when they are ready.
