Hi I have a computer at a friends house that needs updating, basically with the old style AutoPatcher you could download it, burn it and use it anywhere.
Now with the apup this is a small file that requires internet to download the big update files, this you already know!.
Basically my friends internet is very slow and this will take a while, and well I may as well do it through Windows update.
Is there still a full download version or a folder where apup downloads all the updates so i can burn this folder and not have to down at my friends house?
Many Thanks Alan
Old style full downloadable

Sorry please ignore me lol, I was running it from the .zip. When I run it after extracting I see that apup does exactly what I asked in the folder.

yes, there's one that you can download with apup. since microsoft cease and desist we can't offer autopatcher to be downloaded like in the old days. still, you can run apup in any place that has internet access (you also was needing this in the old days) and then burn the folder where you have apup (after run apup, you will have to choose one or more scripts to be downloaded). just this has changed
