It goes to fetch but never starts or seems to do much but I look at the status download number it says
Fetching Autopatcher_xp_sp2_enu_0811d.script from autopatcher.com
2.9KiB/s -- 0:00:-52 remaining
What does that mean? I know before this it worked when I just check the SP3 and office 2007 boxes only???
Fetching Autopatcher_xp_sp2_enu_0811d.script????

I hope that's a typing error, for "...sp2..." because there's no such thing as autopatcher_xp_sp2_enu_0811d.script, only ....sp3.... .
If you see this, it means you are fully up to date. APUP has just not cleared the screen properly.
To be sure you can check two things.
(1) Does APUP say "Finished!"? (look in the blue band under the header).
(2) Is the "Exit" button available, or just the "Finish" button?

oh yeah it says SP3 not SP2...ops...but it does have the box finished to click on and the exit button greyed out. But I don't know cause the second indicator progress bar never shows any download or movements? It just says "checking with autopatcher.com" but never seems to do much??? This time it says
51.3KiB/s -- 0:00:-02 remaining. I would like to post a screen snapshot but can't find a option to do that.

there's not an option to that, but still, you can take an snapshot and upload the image to any of those places:
http://www.imageshack.us/
http://tinypic.com/
http://photobucket.com/
the first 2 doesn't require any registration. after upload the image, just take the link Hotlink for forums (1) and paste in here, like this:

you may also click on + Show Advanced Linking, and take the Direct link to image, but imageshack ask you to not take this link for foruns.
