Thankyou for posting your log-file. This is a known problem.
Only Microsoft can truly "fix" this, because the file you have downloaded is corrupt. It is a known problem with Microsoft's download server for the windowsmedia11-kb946665-x86-intl.exe file which is no longer serving the proper file.
We are removing this completely from the next update release.

The Windows Mail Junk E-mail Filter was updated a few days ago by Microsoft. This, also, is a known problem, which is being handled by Erik as you can see in the following topic and his reply:
