Autopatcher tweaks only work for acct that...

I prepare workstation images for hundreds of computers at a school. I use Windows Xp and we have a domain 2003 network using Active DIrectory. When I use Autopatcher from August, with Core and addon, I'm logged in as local Admin. My installs/updates with AUtopatcher work fine. However, some tweaks I do, ie 'PC name' instead of 'My Computer', do NOT work when ANYONE else logs into the PC, using either local or domain accouts. I have tried Autopatcher install using other accounts and the result is same - observed tweaks only seem to work for account doing installs. I do not know if its all the tweaks, or just some specific, but most tweaks that provide some visual clue, like example above, dont seem to work for with any other account.
I would like know how to use Autopatcher in conjunction with a domain/multipleusers per computer so that any user who logs into the computer will benefit from autopatcher tweaks and installs.
Any help much appreciated.

Thank you

The hotfixes are applied to all users on the workstation where it is installed. However, network users that log in via the domain (rather than a local user account) have different settings (hence the My Computer issue) that the local machine. However, the domain users still take advantage of all local patches.
