hi i am downloading updates for office 2007 English and at the right at the end of the download it says:
"one or more files failed verification. would you like to continue at your own risk?" "yes" and "no" are the only options available.
the file was KB943359_glb.apm from www.autopatcher.com
why is this error message appearing?
is anybody else having this error message?

I just dl'd the latest pre-beta of apup and had the same issue, but it happened with XP, 2K and Office.
I had originally divided up my Autopatch into 3 directories: AutopatchXP, AutoPatch2K and AutoPatch (for Office, and misc programs). I could combine them now into one large directory but I haven't gotten around to it. So I run APUP 3 times (selecting the appropriate choices each time).
Everytime APUP has ended with a message that says: 'One or more files failed verification. Would you like to proceed at your own risk?'
When I ran APUP in my XP directory I only selected Autopatcher Engine & XP 32 English update; in the 2000 directory I only select Autopatcher Engine & 2K update. So this error message has something to do with more than the Office updates..
Is there a log or something I can look at (or post) if you need more info?
Thanks,
John

Hi John,
Failed verification is a common problem accross apup download. run apup with the /log option. This will generate a log file of the download process.
