KB952069 is now v2 and ms has removed the previews version from their servers so, this one will returns an 404 error until the script be updated.

windows_noncritical_xp_x86_enu.7z was a mistake from the script. if i'm not mistaken, the file name should be windows_noncritical_xp_sp3_enu_0812.7z. i've did an copy from that file, making the copy has the expected file name in our server. so, you will be able to download this file, but for the update, please expect for james. he will be updating the script shortly

Hi danv, and welcome.

Also, if you are planning on updating "this" PC you ran APUP from you will need to update
it to Service Pack 3, this is done directly via a Microsoft update and not by using AutoPatcher.

Here is a link to the network installer (A stand-alone re-usable file - 316.4 MB)
SP3.Network.Installation.Package

Please follow their instructions and recommendations (particularly if you are unfamiliar with the network installer).

As well, not sure if this is an issue. There are already 2 bin folders (actually 3) and a third might confuse APUP.
You might want to change C:\bin\apup to C:\apup

There's "\apup_bin" and "\bin", and when APUP is working there is "\temp_bin".

Dittos to what cristiano stated, a dead link and a script error which will be fixed.

Mike
