Help! Autopatcher mdlReleaseIntegrity...

My comp needed reformatting. I transferred the apup folder (1.02 GB, downloaded very patiently over a dial up connection) to a another partition and then back again to the windows partition after installing windows. When I ran Autopatcher, to my horror it gave an error (vide infra). Is there any method that would not compel me to download it all over again?
ERROR DETAILS:
What AutoPatcher was trying to do
It appears that the error occured while AutoPatcher was trying to get a file's MD5 hash.
Where: mdlReleaseIntegrity.getMD5HashFromFile()
Error Code: 0x35: File not found
Attempting to initialize common controls.
Accessing filesystem...
AutoPatcher 5.6 loaded the filesystem.

Hi AshishYadav, and Welcome.
I feel your pain, I'm on a very slow dialup connection myself.
A couple of things here stand out. First, you will want to update your system to XP SP3 to minimize
problems when running AutoPatcher. XP Service Pack 3 is now a "Requirement" for the XP x86
module. In fairness to the development team, if you continue to have problems while running AutoPatcher
on an XP SP2 machine the first response will be to install service pack 3.
Also, Re-run APUP on the release that is giving you problems, XP SP3 x86, run it with "/log" to create
a log file -> apup.exe /log and post it here so someone can have a look at your AutoPatcher folder.
Are you aware of APUP? Have you run it lately to update your AutoPatcher? If some of this sounds
strange to you, you will want to look at the "FAQs" -> in my Sig is a link.
If you could elaborate on your AutoPatcher setup it might help:
...Did you use APUP to download it or are you using an old "Core" executable?
...When you run APUP, does it "Finish" the download or does it have errors?
...At over a Gig you have more than XP SP3 in the folder, what all have you downloaded, Office, Vista?
...How old is the AutoPatcher package you are using.
Since AutoPatcher is having a problem verifying the integrity of a module it is trying to load, maybe
all we need to do is help you clean up your AutoPatcher folder and get it properly updated.
Please post your log and more details of your AutoPatcher setup.

Thanks Mike for your response. I use APUP and have downloaded all through it. Before Dec 2008, my XP SP3 x86 were complete and APUP reported them as finished and did not give any error (except for some failures due to frequent disconnections and which were overcome after reconnecting and rerunning APUP). As of now none of the modules I am downloading is complete.
Apart from WinXP SP3 (x86) I'm also downloading:
* Direct X Addon Pack
* NET Framework Addon Pack
* Extras Addon Pack
* Adobe Reader 9 Addon Pack
* Java Runtime (JRE) Ver 6 Update 11 Addon Pack
* Office 2007
* Office XP
* Office Addon Pack
I have a query:
Will the Autopatcher for WIN XP SP3 (x86) not upgrade my current SP? If not, from where do I download and install XP SP3 from?
Here's the log for APUP (for XP SP3 (x86):

Current Locale: English - United States / Non-Unicode Default: English - United States

try do not download all in a single shot. currently, we can't update all updates at the same time and this will gives you a lot of errors in the download process. so please, download each one into another folder

autopatcher will update a few things that will work in sp2 too, but not all stuff. in order to that, you will be required to install sp3
> If not, from where do I download and install XP SP3 from?
