autopatcher will not activate nothing. also, some updates may not be installed if you do not activate your windows or you may get an "non genuine" warning, like i get another day, because i've my ic was down and so my phone and cell phone (was just after an strong storm that we had. toke almost 1 day to return normal and i was lucky: my cell was in my pocked during the storm and i was on my bike, on the road... i had to dry even his battery). but don't worry. the activation process is painless, except for the 54 numbers or so that you will be required to dial on phone or a few seconds just after hit the activation process begin

also, if you are running an non genuine version of any os (that i'm inclined to think so, because your talk about "time patch"), the updates will return the system to his normal state (that means that you probably will be required to activate your genuine version of windows. if not is, i'm sorry, but piracy doesn't belong to this forum

It's cheaper to buy an OEM windows version. It's legal.
