The current version (2009-01-20) of the Windows XP SP3 release fails to install v2 of the KB952069 (Windows Media) update.
This is due to a mistake in the relevant APM file. It will be fixed soon (I hope to fix this tomorrow).
As usual, an announcement will be posted in the Hotfix Depot topic as soon as the fix is available.
