Yes,
Microsoft have updated the Junk Mail filter, by replacing Windows6.0-KB905866-v26-x86.msu with Windows6.0-KB905866-v27-x86.msu.

Unfortunately with Erik away we don't have anyone who can test this new update install on Vista.
