Your log-file shows that you are unable to connect to Microsoft.
Currently the most common reason for not being able to connect to Microsoft is that your computer is infected with a DNSchanger virus or Conficker worm. Please scan your computer with an anti-virus program.
Your log also shows that you are still running XP Service Pack 2, so you may be missing some critical security updates.
