yes, we know. but i'm not sure about how to take the download link for this one that works for everybody and james had to travel for work for a few days. i will see what i can do for it later, but right now, i need to act also step-father for a couple of hours

i'm sorry folks, but i've looked at Java.com and at that website, the current version is still v11 and not, jre-6u11-windows-i586-p.exe doesn't fail at the download. i did the download of this file and the md5 is the same that was expected for this one. i can imagine just a few explanations for this:
1 - yours are trying download 6u12 from sun website. just to remember: we can't take download links from there;
2 - sun has several mirrors and i'm having the luck of being redirected just to the server that has jre-6u11 only.

until this one arrives at java.com, the only one thing that we can do is wait. the download links from sun.com are ticked-based and have an limited time and amount downloaded to live. so, we can't grab links from there
