Do I require to make separate versions of Autopatcher for different OS's or can I make one CD for XP and VISTA , 32 & 64 together?

Thanks

Hello "gtooth"
Yes, even though all the OS's are all from MS the have some big differences, and as for the updates big issues. the bug is that even though they are different OS's, the update files have the same names in some cases but the file for each different OS are different, (don't know why, but it aint every type, just some).

Anyway, besides that point, you can't put any AutoPatcher on a CD unless it is at very minimum, If you have anything else besides the baseline then it is big, for instance, Vista x86 w/SP1 + Office 2007 + AddOns = 1.3 GB, You need a DVD.

Because I have multi PC's I use DVD-RW's, this way I can re update each of them each month and use and share them with others or isolated (non network connected) PC's

Hi gtooth...

If you still need some help, have a look at this post!

You are at a good point to get off on the right foot and having separate folders for the OSs is smart.

The link points to a post and 2 images for creating a "new.release.module.zip", and using shortcuts to
update multiple AutoPatcher releases.

Who knows, it may help.
