Hi , Im getting that old chestnut the CLTWINSCK error.
Here's what the popup box tell sme

Failed to load 'cltwinsckdoanloader'. Your Vesrion May Be Outdated. Make sure you are using the .. and so on..
it has one more line which may be of help

in prjUpdater.mdlInitalization. Main at line 186



And yes i have AVG free running and have shut it down. and MSconfiged it out to be sure, and have Win Firewall OFF.

you miss the name of the outdated file, but probably this issue be related to MSCOMCTL.OCX or MSWINSCK.OCX. you can find an copy of each one of those at apup_bin. just copy it to C:\WINDOWS\system32 , replacing the old ones that you may have in there

The Windows XP built-in firewall is not a problem, so no need to shut that off (and also much safer with it left on). This error is always caused by something else.
