I keep getting vailed verification. I think there is a new rootsupd.exe that is causing it.

in fact, there's a new one, but the script isn't updated yet. it will be soon, don't worry

The script for Windows Server 2003 has been updated to download the new version of rootsupd.exe.
However, this update is taking rather a long time to be updated on all Microsoft's download servers and caches round the world.
During testing a few hours ago, I received both the new rootsupd.exe and the old rootsupd.exe within seconds of each other, depending on which server in the pool was allocated to the download.
