Flash Player can be found in the "Extras AddOn Pack".

Run APUP and look towards the bottom of the selections screen, it is right above Adobe Reader.

There will be a few issues with the script until later today sometime, you may want to get the "Extras" later
when the script gets updated.

If all you want is flash you might want to download it directly from Adobe.

Mike :)

done. extras script updated with the new modules for shockwave, flash player IE and not IE. now, those modules will load at 2K,XP_X86,2K3_X86,VISTA_X86,LHSERVER

if i'm not mistaken, shockwave also works for x64 versions, but also i can't test that, i didn't added those. if someone is sure about, please tell me

I'm wondering why the Extras script does not download Flash for IE, it doesn't even create a folder, it only downloads the apm,
at least at my end?

I know there was mention of a permanent link built into the script so I deleted my Extras folder and started fresh but no Flash
for IE - what am I missing here?

This is the post making reference to the permanent link.

by some reason, the flash player 10 active x download link wasn't in the script. looking into PTG release, it wasn't int there too, that makes me think than when i've copied the shared download links, i've miss that one :( i've fixed that issue now, in booth scripts

thanks

The Extras script seems to be working fine now, it downloaded the latest Flash for IE.

Thanks for updating the script.

done. the extras script was updated to match with the new version and also certain modules now have seven compatibility. some extra modules still may require some changes to that, but this will do for now

Ran APUP tonight 13 Feb. Compared the updates to what I had and I think you mixed things up a bit.

You have the file install_flash_player.exe in the folder \flashplayer_notIE_files and the file install_flash_player_10_active_x in the folder \flashplayer_IE_files.

Well, the install files are in the wrong folder; please fix, flash active x is for nonIE browsers. :P
