yep. that too. but "feel", "fill" and "phil"... of course, the main problem to beginners in here is read something like "2 of us". ok, we have one thing that is a little bit more problematic... yours have just "why" and "because" and we have "porquê" (when is an substantive that as an "the", "mine" or 1, 2, 3...), "porque" (when explain something), "por quê" (when is at the end of an phrase) and "por que" (when you made a question)... oh yes, you know what is an major problem of someone that speaks english when is trying to learn portuguese? the usage of "the". this can mean "o, as, os, as"

sorry, i can't laugh too much. pain...

And to put my 2¢ into this language issue, again, when, in English, you talk about yourself, meaning I you use upper case "I" not lower case "i". :P

After 27+ years in the US Air Force spending time in Turkey, France, Viet Nam, Thailand, Iran, and Germany plus tourist visits to too many other countries to list the time I have spent discussing English and its idiosyncrasies with a fairly large number of English as a second language speakers is extensive. On top of that I've been to all 50 States and the problems visiting various places in the U.S. can also be a language challenge. So, what is left is all of us trying to understand and help each other learn despite the language issues. :)

Except we call them kidney stones - not rocks. Ah, English issues again.

A friend of mine went to the hospital hoping his kidney stones could be pulverized using sonic waves - the procedure did not work so he is just waiting to see if they block anything and/or cause any kind of further problems.

good to know. the good thing is that with that pain, i already knew the result of my exams. the funny part is that i've arrived at home a few minutes earlier... now, pain for a few days and a lot of tests to be sure that everything is still ok, despite that...

ok, adobe air is now online, as stand alone. in the releases list, it's between NET Framework Addon Pack and Adobe Reader 9.3.3 EN-US Addon Pack (alphabetic order, stand alone scripts)

just one warning: if yours choose download this one, then update also Adobe Reader. both scripts share stand_alone.apm and this one was updated to include descriptions

Started APUP, check mark in box for Adobe AIR - downloaded OK but does not appear in AutoPatcher > Stand_Alone

Opened Explorer and AutoPatcher\modules\stand_alone had subfolder \AdobeAIRInstaller.apm.files and AdobeAIRInstaller.apm file.

So, I have no idea why it's not showing in AutoPatcher - need a suggestion on where to check and what for. :P

I know beta updates are not part of AutoPatcher but I also know there are many that do install beta's on their systems; for those folks I mention the following updates: flashplayer10_2_p2_32bit_activex_111710.exe and flashplayer10_2_p2_32bit_plugin_111710.exe and the uninstaller flashplayer10_2_p2_uninstall_win32_111710.exe B)

The 64-bit versions have not been posted yet. ;)

Mike,

I think you missed my point. Desertjerry makes a lot of announcements, but rarely leaves any links. I wasn't talking about this specific case. I'm surprised you have not reprimanded him yet. Thanks anyway.

You're pretty good click-click - you bust DJ's ball$ for not posting a link that you apparently didn't even care about, rather 'just because', now your busting mine, I'm simply a mean guy - are you a politician by chance :) Btw, I'm nobody on these forums, you, me, and DJ are equals. I try (maybe too much at times) to get posters to dial in what they need or want - sometimes a post has no information to work with, yes it frustrates me

I guess I did, I thought you wanted a link - I see now it was batting practice

I made an announcement; which is a lot more information than most others post around here. Where is it written I must also provide a link? Use the announcement and find your own link. Ever heard of Google?

Disregarding the comments above, the 64-bit 'square' p3 updates are at: http://labs.adobe.co...r10_square.html

Read the comments at Adobe about the difference between 'square' and the 'regular' versions.
