Doesn't run on WinMe for Office XP.

Office XP is the latest version of MS Office that runs on Windows Me. I made a special Autopatcher CD with just the Office XP updates but Autopatcher won't run on Windows Me.
The message it gives is quite unhelpful, it's just a small box that says Missing files, with an OK button. What files?

autopatcher.exe wasn't designed to work under Windows 9x and any sort of issue may happen in those OSs

those that you can found at autopatcher\bin folder. those files must be at windows\system32, but also i said, i don't expect that autopatcher work under a Windows 9x environtment
