i thought that this would be a good idea to have a pause and a resume button in APUP updater.

some people (like me and others) might want to pause the downloading of APUP and also be able to resume the download, as they might want to download another file of another website and not slow the APUP or the other files download speed to a crawl, or might want to give priority to a certain download etc.

I'm sure that they could implement that in the future, but getting the core of the program working now is their main focus.
