When running AutoPatcher, the process of verifying release integrity is always run. With new system set-ups, you have to run AutoPatcher several times before you are truly finished patching the system - so why not have a check-box, switch or button to disable this from being run. It took less than 5 seconds to load the modules but just over a minute run the integrity check.
Alternatively, a checksum could be saved every time the check is successfully complete in the AP directory and this could be cleared whenever the APUP is run.

you can delete the .rti files and that will be done. about store the checksum, that is useless, unless you can check if they match. and that is already done. it takes time, but it's the only way to be sure. of course, it will work anyway if you just remove the .rti files to avoid the release check

For the sake of saving one minute, I think this is quite a silly idea. You are already saving an hour by using AutoPatcher.
There are pirate versions of AutoPatcher out there and without the integrity check we have no way of knowing when users come crying to us because they are installing infected files. They do something stupid and we always get blamed for their stupid actions.

^ I get irritated by any time wasted and I saw having to run through the checks multiple times a waste. Just my two cents.
