There seems to be a conflict in the script in the Item=AutoPatcher Non-Critical Modules section of autopatcher_vista_x64.script:

I think you just need to remove the DownloadTo=autopatcher:\temp_bin\NonCritical.7z line from autopatcher_vista_x64.script.

Also, I have ___windows_noncritical_vista_x64.7z AND NonCritical.7z are downloaded in the temp_bin directory.

One other thing...

Windows does not allow the module file name to be be the same as the module directory name

You have to rename the modules path directory to something other than the module name. i.e for KB958655-v2_vista_x64.apm the module directory has to be KB958655-v2_vista_x64.apm_files.

First, you have 4 OSs selected and downloading simultaneously - not good.

Re-run apup.exe /log and select only Vista x64 - nothing else and post the log using the same code box, remove the existing log please.

Also, the temp_bin folder is used for unzipping the 7z files and then it along with the zips (and any other files in there) get deleted.

you too was right about the folder KB958655-v2_vista_x64.apm. i've just forgot to put the _files after CPing of the file name. booth issues are now fixed

thanks for your report, but please, don't download several scripts into the same folder. this vista_x64 script is back on beta stage and it may have contain some mistakes on detections and even some superseeds updates. i do not have an x64 system to be able to test that script or even the detections and i'm doing this script fully blindly just to not let another release die alone. because that issue, this script will not be signed and will remain unofficial until someone that has an vista_x64 system be fully prepared to hold an script. so far, the only one candidate to that didn't know to read the instructions given and started several fights because of that. so, he is out

MSXML4SP3_vista_enu.apm this one was added today. it was supposed to be missing

WindowsUpdate_x64.apm -> the last update that this file had was in 16/11/2008 (ddmmyyyy). the md5 matches

WindowsUpdateAgent30-x64.exe -> i've just downloaded that file and the md5 matches

Windows6.0-KB961260-x64.msu -> this one had an wrong md5. i've just downloaded this file and have taken the following md5: 8E829D06EC003101BF40F070D9989388 . so, i've updated the script to match. i don't know why this md5 was wrong, but this md5 is in the changelog of Feb 10 2009 and, at that date, maxsisac. probably, this was another of his mistakes on the scripts. oh, great that he isn't here anymore, so i can't be blamed for a thing that i didn't again

Windows6.0-KB958690-x64.msu -> this was my mistake. the md5 that was in there was from another update

probably: an broken download, but your log is missing parts and i can't be sure about;
probably 2: folder temp_bin was opened, preventing from be erased and generating that log

please, do not remove anything from your logs when posting it. some of those infos can be helpful to fix broken things

Apup crashed so there was no further entry in the log.

that crash is due an apup issue: in order to make clean the folders, apup now downloads the .7z files and some updates that needs to be extracted into an temp folder. on exit, apup will remove that temp folder. but, if anything is still working in that file, an crash will happen. and there's an problem: if your anti-virus software or even you is at that folder, then the folder is still be in use and the folder removal command will not work, returning you an crash...

download test 1 done. i've found the reason for ctlwinsckdownloader component failure. this one was tricky to cath, because this issue wasn't being logged. the issue was caused by an missing action after download. due that, the apup was stopping the extraction process
