I think the error is the ___ in the name of the file. 7za.exe is present.

in deed. i've renamed that file yesterday, but i forgot to also change the name of the file that was required to be extracted, because the previews releases had an "save as" feature to that file.

i'm really sorry about that mistake, but it shall be solved now
