I ran Windows Update today and it detected updates to all M$ Office 2007 help files as follows (note that I do not have all components installed):

Updates for Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Help (KB957242)
Updates for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Help (KB957246)
Updates for Microsoft Office OneNote 2007 Help (KB957245)
Updates for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 Help (KB957247)
Updates for Microsoft Office Project 2007 Help (KB957248)
Updates for Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 Help (KB957249)
Updates for Microsoft Script Editor Help (KB957253)
Updates for Microsoft Office Visio 2007 Help (KB957251)
Updates for Microsoft Office Word 2007 Help (KB957252)
Updates for Microsoft Office Access 2007 Help (KB957241)
Updates for Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 Help (KB957243)
Updates for Microsoft Office 2007 Help for Common Features (KB957244)

Each file is ~10MB and AP is already over 1.5gb on my system. So demand from users would have to determine whether you want to add these.

Every person who wants the help files, we send klymax (on foot) to retrieve them from Microsoft, and hand deliver a shiny
new CD to each user who needs them - :D .
