[Fixed] Select All updates not already ins...

It's kind of a waste of time to check 70 some boxes to install updates on a new PC when there could easily be a "Select All updates not installed" box to do this for me. Just a suggestion though.

but there's that option. just run autopatcher with an /? and you will see that this option is in there
i can't run autopatcher from the machine that i am right now, and my memory is failing to me very often at those days, but if i'm not mistaken, if you run autopatcher like this:
autopatcher /recommended /neverselectinstalled
will do the trick that you wish

I'm closing this topic, because the feature requested is already available.
AutoPatcher already does automatically select Critical updates that are not installed.
If you look at the screen, you will find that check boxes are available to select whole groups of updates with just one click.
For example, if you want to select all or nearly all of the updates in the Recommended category, first click that category in the update tree to select all Recommended updates with just one click, then unselect the one or two updates that you don't want.
