[PPL]

Am getting an error when trying to run Autopatcher on a fresh installation of Server 2003 SP2.

Here's the error caption:
What AutoPatcher was trying to do
It appears that the error occured while AutoPatcher was trying to get commandline arguments.

Where: mdlInitialization.Main()
Error Code: 0x153: Component 'FM20.DLL' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

And this is the Log:

seems that you ar missing fm20.dll, that is part of microsoft forms. please, go to this site, download, extract and install Microsoft Forms 2.01

after that, reboot and try again. that shall do the trick
