Hi Eduard Garipov...

I'm not sure if AutoPatcher/APUP run on a Russian system - maybe Cristiano knows, but for now try the following:

Outpost gives APUP problems - see if this post will help you configure Outpost so it will not bother apup.exe while
trying to connecting to the internet - Outpost & APUP.

You may want to do a forum search for more "Outpost" related info.

You may also need to adjust your non-Unicode language settings - see the APUP FAQ (link in my sig below).
