What AutoPatcher was trying to do
It appears that the error occured while AutoPatcher was trying to get a module from file.

Where: mdlModuleLoading.getModuleFromFile()
Error Code: 0x46: Permission denied
Log:
Attempting to initialize common controls.
Accessing filesystem...
AutoPatcher 5.6 loaded the filesystem.

I have used autopatcher many times before and never had this problem!! On the same hard drive!
I am having other problems including no hibernation, no sleep on the same hard drive where I have never had this kind of problem. Something is blocking these and other things. I even did another install, not update with new registry and windows and the same problem came up.

i'm not sure about the name of one virus that does that, but more than once i've found some viruses that takeover the system, making to an ordinary user impossible to login with admin rights.

so, an stronger vote to virus infection. even more stronger, if you didn't wiped your entire hd or at least have run an anti-virus in that disk, from an safer environtment/machine. when i do that, i us to put the hd into an usb storage device, then i plug the device into an safe machine, with all autorun features enabled and then i set the anti-virus to scan the entire device. sometimes i wipe the temp files to save time, but that isn't really required

also, if you are installing your system with your internet online, bye bye. you probably will have an infection
