Avast detecting reboot.exe as WIN32: Rootkit-gen

Hello guys,
last night I scanned my server and a backup file on a flash drive created on another pc and got this report from avast.

Avast is starting to fall down on the job...

Please read the False Positives List.

You may want to run a few Online Scanners - here's a list.

I should add, never assume you don't have an infection but understand where it likely came from - not AutoPatcher in this case,
assuming you downloaded using APUP and not a rogue release found on the internet.

just an head's up: i've re-checked that file again. seems that the latest Avast update has fixed the issue today, but an update in the defs file is required

Avast has issues, it's an fact. the same thing happens with everything and everyone, because no one and nothing is perfect. but there's people that care about and some of them fix the issues that are discovered. so far, Avast team is fixing the discovered issues very fast :)

I have no doubts about autopatcher i have been a loyal user since 2006 I just mentioned it to clear up any confusion> Glad to see its all sorted now.
