Howdy, long time reader, I *think* first time poster...
Anyway, few weeks ago I got an older computer with Windows 2000 SP4 on it, and just today to download the 2ksp4 release of Autopatcher, as I had previously only needed the WXP version.
And came across a painful error.

KB961371 seems to be, in fact, an dead link. and the reason is very simple: this one is now v2 and can be reached in here
as for mrt, the download link is working, so this issue can be related to an delayed response from our server. probably this be solver by running the same script again. but for KB961371, an update to the script will be required

Nchalada/Tony, thanks for the report.
(It was actually your second post, not first.)
Strictly speaking, this is not a bug, it's expected behaviour by Apup.
Unfortunately, you managed to run Apup on Patch Tuesday, right when Microsoft was updating its servers. KB961371 was being replaced by KB961371-v2 just a few minutes before the time you were downloading.
We will be updating the Windows 2000 script to fix this as well as including all the other updates Microsoft released yesterday.

done. the broken link (KB961371-v2) was fixed and the download link for mrt was updated too. the script was left unsigned, because we are still working on it and this fix was intended to fix the broken link only
