First, what is the purpose of folder.script in the components folder? Second, why is the version of apup in the announcement thread different from version 1.0.3 which we can download via the apup script? By the way, I noticed that the apup.script file lists the version as 1.0.2 while the main releases list has it as 1.0.3.

First: Renato has forgotten folder.script file
Second: Antonis has replaced 1.0.2 with 1.0.3. check it.

Antonis has not uploaded the latest version (1.0.3) to the announcement thread. The MD5 checksum should be b9bbb2390898ff247965c114dba911d2, but it's not even close. The latest version is available via the list in apup only for the time being.
