I started it and I downloaded all Windows XP pack. At the end, Apup reported me this warning:
"One or more files failed verification. Would you like to continue at your risk?"
So I checked the log file, and this is the error:

In the preferences of apup.exe files, the version is 1.0.0.1 indeed. Is the link in the thread wrong? ( http://www.autopatch.../files/apup.zip )
Furthermore, I think there's no need to alert about failed hash matches after the download. Downloaded files should be re-checked, and Apup should alert if some hashes are already incorrect.
