@letmein

The project is moving forward but more coding and testing is underway, why don't you simply ask to be a beta tester, if they
need you they will provide you the links to the beta releases and you can help with the testing. If they should add you, they will
need your findings, beta testers test and report back so the project can be improved. I can't offer you the links or I would.

:)

yep. right now, everything seems to be working, but we are tracking an issue related to certain anti-viruses preventing autopatcher from run properly. as the idea is track the issue before it goes public and this issue was reported by only one beta tester (that is helping a lot testing and helping us track and fix the issue), it may take some time yet. but mostly, it's working. of course, if someone wishes help himself and report possible issues to allow us fix it...

the tests are almost finished, my friend. we are just fixing a few issues with detections in x64 systems that autopatcher always had and then the scripts can go online

We are working to create the new sub-forum. Please be patient.

Can you post the apup.log and a list of un-recognized hotfixes (or AP screenshot).

Ignore that.. it seems if the windows update service isn't running it doesn't let you update :S

I do not understand... I've included all Windows 7 hotfixes (Critical and NonCritical).
I've added 2 components (Windows Update Agent and Rights Management Services Client).
I think that it's all right... where is the problem?

I was just comparing my update directory that i had before using autopatcher and i'm sitting at 30 updates vs AP's 18.. MSU files only that is so i figure'd you guys weren't finished. That list included the missing updates

Yea it seems in the VM i only get the updates in your screenshot.. and the new WAT update after installing everything from AP.. i did get one error when AP asked me to restart.. when i clicked reboot it gave me
"CRC error! File content has been modified. If you run a system debugger, clear all breakpoints before running this program!"

Hey there dkdk_it. Overall it looks like you are doing a good job. Cheers!

I haven't tested any of the new modules but I noticed that "KB977863: Cumulative Update for Media Center for Windows 7" is being applied to all versions of seven. Should Home Basic be removed from detection from this module? Additional ffcloud2000 was correct a while back which there are a good amount of updates for seven that you haven't included. All of these updates are ones that are not pushed to WU but are still public. I'll send you a list when I get time.

Hope the project is going well. You all take it easy.

Oh! It's all right! From MS:
APPLIES TO

* Windows 7 Enterprise
* Windows 7 Home Premium
* Windows 7 Professional
* Windows 7 Ultimate
I'll remove it as soon as possible.

OK... I'll wait your list... and meanwhile I'll check ffcloud2000's list.
