Getting a verification failure on the new updates. Retried it three times. Possibly the "windows_xp_sp3_enu_components.7z" checksum?

Spoiler

Also, is the "win9xnt" folder and files within "vbrun60sp2.exe" no longer needed in the AP folder? Looks like it is being deleted along with any files within by the script. If so, then the "md5_checksum_for_DotNet_Addon_Pack.md5" has a couple of errors in it. Still lists the vbrun60sp6.exe (which it can no longer find) and the apup.exe (current/originanl checksums not the same) . Would these 2 issues be enough to make the AP unofficial . This was a issue prior to the new patches being added yesterday.

no. the file was right. the issue was related to the size of the file only, that is an crosscheck for download issues. but this is more an warning than anything else. i've fixed this file size issue

no. that folder wasn't required since the advent of windows xp sp1 or so.

none of those .md5 files has something to do with the official/unofficial issue. that file is just an crosscheck for missing modules/folders in the user side. that file will be removed from this file tonight.

> apup.exe (current/originanl checksums not the same
the checksum that is in that file is to apup 1.1, that is the current version. but this one has an unpredicted bug that does apup re-download all the compressed files all times that you run it (in worst case scenario, 1MB of download, but in most of the cases, something about 300K only). since despite this issue, this version is far better than the previews ones, it stays in the md5 check. but to avoid crazy guys complaining about an extra download of 300K, like certain users did, we have commented the auto-update feature from apup, to avoid more and more users come here just to complain about a few extra seconds in the download time. this issue is being tracked and, as soon fixed, the auto-update feature will be enabled again. as any other script, will be an user choice update it or not.

no. apup doesn't have an signature file and the win9xnt file wasn't in the signature file for autopatcher engine
