booth synctoys (x32 and x64) was removed a few days ago from autopatcher. this one only works in silent mode if extracted and right now apup isn't properly reading extracted stuff right and is re-downloading every file that as to be extracted to work. in order to minimize the issue, synctoy is out by now. maybe the new version can be added later, after fix this issue. but not right now, sorry
