Following the advice in this thread, I went through and re-downloaded all the modules I have 1 by 1.

The module I've narrowed it down to is the Office Extras module - downloading into a completely fresh APUP folder gives "Unofficial" status.

I don't think there's anything wrong, just thought I'd let the team know ;)

I don't believe I said to redownload anything at this point in the post, I said to rerun APUP and UPDATE the releases hoping this would help.

This is what I recommended...Once you stated your releases were Official according to the Release Info, now we know there are strays that need to be found.

You had already stated your releases were Official according to the Release Info window - read the post here - so I don't know why you redownloaded everything,
this is usually a last resort.

The strangest part in all of this is the Office Extras Addon script - I just tested it and nearly all of the files are *.apm, and only a few executables.

This is a mistake, here's the script that downloads when Office Extras Addon Pack is selected -> autopatcher_off_addon_enu_20090927.script
Spoiler

Hopefully this can be fixed soon - sorry for the confusion :)

Mike,

I know you said find the strays, but I figured I'd be as well redownloading everything (my Autopatcher was up-to-date anyway), starting with the smallest module (Office Extras), so it actually turned out to be a very quick process.

Once I'd removed Office Extras from my "proper" APUP folder, everything went back to official, so that's where the problem lies.
