Loading modules takes seconds.

Verifying takes longer.

I understand the reason for verification but I want to save time and skip it.

I read a post that said deleting the .rti files will make autopatcher skip verification, which it does, but it also results in red text at the top of the program that says "unsupported/unofficial version".

two questions

1. is there a safer way to skip verification without messing with the program

2. will having an "unofficial version" affect anything aslong as i know the files are ok myself?

Thanks

unless you test the downloaded files with an md5 tool, no. but there's a couple of .md5 files that shall help with that

it will work ok, except for that message. of course, you will not know if something is damaged, but if you are sure that everything is ok, no problem

Ok thanks alot. Doesnt seem to be any issues and i know my files are ok...atleast for now. I plan on leaving those .rti files in place until a final release is ready for distribution to my flash drives to avoid any issues.

Thanks again.
