that's outdated problem. it was fixed in latest 1.3.1 build with MD5:

and 5.6.100 build with MD5:

and again - do you start APUP in initially empty ofler?
or you are trying to reuse existing one???

The autopatcher.exe that I have downloaded with Apup 1.3 has the following MD5

I did a refresh download and no files found to download. The apup MD5 is as you say

Edit: If I manually copy aamd532.dll into the same folder as AutoPatcher.exe it works fine.
