Not sure if I'm right or not but after applying all the possible updates from AutoPatcher .NET Framework Addon Pack. Windows Update (in Internet Explorer) still shows these updates in "Software, Optional":
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 Update for Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP x86 (KB976569)
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 2 Update for Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP x86 (KB976570)
I checked the Windows XP SP3 x86 English Update Pack as well and it doesn't list them either. Thanks for your time ^^

booth updates are in my to-do list and are already downloaded since jerry has reported. issue: my spare machine seems to be with an defective component and all my test vms was running in that machine. due that, i can't do proper tests and my job is having some delay. those will be added, but i'm unsure if i will be able to do that this weekend, due that lack of an test machine. as i fix computers, test machines aren't an problem at all, but the delay is inevitable

As it stands now the package is about 349.4MB, these updates will add (21.1MB x86) + (45MB x64) = (66.1MB) => .Net Total 415.5MB
It will be interesting when 4.0 is added

well, i'm talking with domenico about that. i can't do the x64 updates from here and there's no sense about make the users download useless things. by myself, i already become nervous when i see that NetFx20SP1_x86.exe. just to give an idea about, the .net package is built-in the ptb script due the translation packs (yes, we have to download the enu version and plus the translations, making the localized versions bigger than the enu one). the .net enu script has about 354 MB and the ptb has about 359 MB. from that, 28.7 MB are translation packs into that script. remove that from the enu script and you will have an idea about how big it is. it could be solved, by adding the specific versions into another script
worst: that script is lacking all the x64 updates. just imagine the size with the x64 inside of it...
even worst: i'm betting that a lot of those updates doesn't work with seven or even fits for seven, but i can't test it
