[phoareau]

i tried running it more than twice, i still get the error stating that one or more files has failed the verification process. please do advice what i can do to get rid of that error and finish download the updates that i selected. here is my log file;

Extracting H:\phoareau\apup13\apup\temp_bin\__msexcel_enu.7z into H:\phoareau\apup13\apup\modules\OfficeAddons\__msexcel_enu

it seems that when Direct x is selected in the menu i get the failed verification error when downloading. everything else downloads fine. but there are two of three files that downloads again when i run apu.

Part (not all) of the problem is you might be choking APUP with sooooooo many scripts at one time, try downloading the OSes - 1 at a time,
Office by itself - I don't know for sure but you will need to back off on the number of scripts in a single download.

You have opened up a can of worms that's for sure, by having 13 releases all piled into one \modules folder. Let's see what we can do...

First read Log Files-More Info for next time.

Second, I believe Office Addons is having some issues but do this to see exactly what releases are Unofficial...
Run AutoPatcher (autopatcher.exe) click About - click Release Info. The releases marked False are the problems. You will want to run APUP
and select only that script and try to redownload a complete release. APUP does seem to have a problem with too many scripts at one time
and you qualify for sure . You also want to get used to running the supplied .md5 in the main folder, most of the releases have one. After
you run APUP a second time on the problem release recheck About - Release Info to see if the problem is fixed.

If No is the answer to the above steps...

You are going to have to be very proactive with your setup, seeing you have so many scripts in one folder. Please isolate any problems by
following the above recommendation and post the logs for the problem release only (the Updater & Engine scripts can be selected) in the
appropriate forum -> XP issues in the XP forums -> Office in the Office forums, etc.

booth md5 and file size matches with the expected by the script. as an guess, you connection was interrupted by some reason and you are reaching an cached version for this one. as an really bad luck, the cached version is with the wrong size. if you wish check by yourself, that file can be downloaded from here. as you can see, booth md5 and file size are right
