the problem is that you have downloaded some wrong releases: Extras and .NEt Addon Pack. .net has translations packs built-in and they are useless if you don't have the main thing. so, there's no point in keep the translations in the main thing and only the big updates in another script. also, the .net script has updates that you don't require, since you run xp (that script has also updates for 2k). the same thing happens to the extras script. the flash player for IE replaces an already obsolete kb. to make the will of users that was wishing an smaller download, the extras script was made. if the flash player ie is out of the main thing, then you have to download the already obsolete update that you will not have any use for, since all websites require an up-to-dated version of flash. but forget that and make the things that they should be (aka remove that obsolete kb). then, you have to add flash player in the main thing. what is the point in add just one? add then all or just do an extras script for ptb and have far more fun keeping several scripts. when i wasn't in charge of the enu script, then i couldn't do nothing about, but now i can and i've tracked all shared modules. so, even if an user mix scripts that he doesn't need, everything will stay official, as you have noticed. i've also have adapted the xp enu script and the ptb one to make them AIO compatible. i believe that the same was done with the ita script
so, when you see the size of the ptb script, it will be pretty close to the enu script, plus extras and .net. better saying (modules folder only):
ptb script: 625 MB
xp enu: 246 MB
.net enu: 354 MB
extras enu: 46,1 MB
246+354+46=646MB
the ptb script has 625. so, by downloading those scripts, you will be wasting at least 21MB and will be downloading modules that will not load into your system, because the updates for 2k included in the .net script doesn't apply to xp
as for the extras script, if i missed something important that should be included in the main ptb script, please report it.
