IMO, the Windows 2000 SP4 script is months outdated and it may be more work updating it to make it worth your while.
Have you given any thought to slipstreaming a 2000 SP4 disk and updating it to March 2010? Here are a few links that
provide a list of needed updates to do just that...
...
Windows Updates Downloader
...
Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Hotfixes
Both links would get you all the needed updates (there may be a few updates missing) and you could use a tool like
TommyP's HFSLIP to update the install disk. You may find this much easier to do.
There is also
WSUS Offline Update that is similar to AutoPatcher but is a little harder to learn, and the help is not very
English centric in many cases.
I had put off updating an install disk - it sounded difficult, unstable, and not something I wanted to do, once I finally
attempted it with my XP SP3 install disk, I was amazed at how easy it is, and after installing the OS, you may only need
a few updates and the system is up-to-date. AutoPatcher is great but it is time consuming keeping track of all the updates.
There are a few items that may be better off installed separately - IE, .Net, but overall very easy to do.
Finally, you could use Microsoft's
Virtual PC 2007 SP1 (totally free) to test your work.
