It means you have either an incomplete file or files, or you have extra files that need to be removed.
We need a little more info to fix the issue... Try running APUP again, select the failing release, see if this corrects the problem,
if not.
Please post a log file - Log Files - More Info. You will want to put the log file inside [spoiler ] == log file here == [/ spoiler]
-> Bring the brackets together to create this... Note: please don't edit the log, post it in it's entirety
If you have multiple releases in the same \modules folder, to determine which release is failing, run AutoPatcher, click About,
click Release Info. The release that is False is the problem. If they are all True but you have the Unofficial/Unsupported warning,
you have extra files that will need to be found and removed.

I forgot to mention, if updating the release doesn't fix the issue, and if you check the Release Info window and the release is
True, and if you can't locate the extra file (sometimes it is easy, other times not so easy) you will need to create an .md5 file
against your release and add the .md5 in a new post as an attachment. Here are a few tools - all free.
...ExactFile - to create the .md5sum (.md5)
...7-zip - to archive the .md5 before attaching in a new post (.7z)
Note: If you have multiple releases in the same \modules folder and they are all True, finding the stray will be more difficult but
possible. Please make clear what releases you have combined.
