I downloaded RegistryRobot2 from the "PC Magazine" web site. (RegistryRobot was updated to be compatible with Win7.)

Installation of the software went ok but when started it did not do anything. I went to the "PC Magazine" forum and found that it also required the Office 2007 Access Database Engine to function. I am running Office 2003 in XP Pro so I had to get the Office 2007 engine. (At Microsoft item is titled: 2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components ; AccessDatabaseEngine.exe 10/3/2008]

Running RegistryRobot2 in Win7 Ultimate 32-bit with Office 2010 beta 32-bit was successful - no Office 2007 engine required.

It did not function when I tried it in Win7 Ultimate 64-bit with Office 2010 beta 64-bit.

I have no idea if this Office 2007 Access Database Engine is required for other programs but seeing as how Microsoft posted 'Viewers' so that those running older version of Office could also review items created using 'newer' versions of Office I figured I'd mention what I found so that others could comment and/or verify if the Office 2007 Access Database Engine is required and recommend a requirement to add this engine to AutoPatcher as an Office Addon. B)

Thought I'd mention that the installer for the program installed it into the \Office12 folder - if that's any help on your detection routine. B)
