Using appup 1.3, and selecting 'Office Addons', and 'Extras Addons', I got the following errors:

Download Error: D:\temp\apup131\apup\temp_bin\office_addons.7z
File size does NOT match. Expecting 4261, but found 4563!!!

Download Error: D:\temp\apup131\apup\temp_bin\md5_checksum_for_Extras_Addon_Pack.7z
File size does NOT match. Expecting 4836, but found 6450!!!

I don't where these file sizes are stored, so it doesn't appear I can fix this issue myself. I either have to uncheck these 'Office Addons', and 'Extras Addons' options, or wait for the download file that contains these file sizes to be corrected. Is this a valid assessment?

Thanks,

Ross

@rasa7777

It may help if you post problems for a given package in the forum dedicated to the release - Office Addons in the Office Forum and Extras help can be found in the Extras Forum.

I'm not sure about the Office issue, I don't use it but as far as the Extras are concerned the package is Official and updated for June 14, 2010. You can find the information by running AutoPatcher, click 'About' - click 'Release Info' - you want to see the 'Extras' package 'True' and dated 'June 14, 2010'.

These files are stored on the AutoPatcher servers and can be manually downloaded if all you need to do is extract the .md5 files and over write the existing files in the \apup main directory. Here is the direct link for the latest Extras md5 checksum - download the .7z, extract the .md5 file from it, place the .md5 file in the \apup directory where the old Extras .md5 exists. This should take care of this issue. If you are getting an old webcache version you need to encourage your ISP to update their cache. Also, if for some reason the temp_bin folder in the \apup directory is not being deleted - delete it and then run APUP again and select the problem releases.

If you continue to have problems please run APUP with logging enabled, select only the release you are having troubles with, and post the entire log file in the appropriate forum so someone can evaluate the information from the log. It is also good to offer information such as the status of the release - Official / Unofficial, etc.
