does anyone have any information (or download link) for KB915378 ?
"Update for Add New Hardware Control Panel"

side note:
MS gone to 7-digit KB numbers - and they skipped a few
why couldn't they:
KB0xxxxxx = KCxxxxxx
KB1xxxxxx = KDxxxxxx
KB2xxxxxx = KExxxxxx
seems like a child could have made that move - lol

which says it is for XP SP2 - using the Ryan VM Integrator update pack.

KB915378 is for sp2 in deed. by the way: ms doesn't support xp sp2 anymore

I d/l'ed and extracted the files from RyanVM
it appears that KB915378 is obsolete - superseded by SP3

hdwwiz.cpl version comparison
-----------------------------------
from RyanVM's post-SP2 integrator pack   5.1.2600.2853
from XP Service Pack 3                   5.1.2600.5512
