Office 2007 SP2 option in Italian only?

Just noticed that the Office 2007 SP2 option in APUP is in Italian only. Yet SP1 is All Languages.

A list error???

well, the sp1 himself isn't all languages. in fact, this one is localized. so, my guess is that something forced this situation, but i will ask domenico about
