Error when running apup.exe

Every time I run apup.exe to get the latest updates, it dowloads the same updates for WMP10. Below is an excerpt from the apup.log, log file:

***Starting Detection Routine Phase***

Missing file C:\Documents and Settings\Cameron\My Documents\Downloads\apup\modules\NonCritical\__WMP_noncritical\__WMP10_noncritical.apm
Item WMP 10 NonCritical Parent Module is missing or its parts are not completely downloaded. Adding whole download for this item to the queue.
--Adding http://www.autopatch...ncritical.apm--

Missing file C:\Documents and Settings\Cameron\My Documents\Downloads\apup\modules\NonCritical\__WMP_noncritical\wmp10\KB892313_xp_wmp10_x86.apm

The files above, are actually on my system.

Any ideas, as to why it would be doing this every single time?

those aren't updates, are modules. do you wanna try an simple thing? move C:\Documents and Settings\Cameron\My Documents\Downloads\apup to C:\apup and try again. there's an issue related to the size of the path, i'm just unsure if this is the case. but it's an simple test, so...

I moved the directory to the root of the c:\ and then run apup.exe; however I receieved an error message. Please see the attached screenshot and log file. I have renamed the file extension for the log file to .txt, in order to upload the file.

It is much easier to simply copy the text from the log file into Spoiler code...

This way no need to upload anything :)

BTW, see This Post! - I think this is the problem.

On a fully updated Offical XP release, after running APUP, this is what it deletes, the WMP 10 files begin to redownload.
