Integrating Updates into Windows XP

Hi, I am new here and sorry if I created this topic in the wrong section.
I am using nlite 1.4.9.1 to integrate all patches into Windows XP installation.
Since I have SP3, I am currently trying to integrate Hot-fixes.
So I wanted advice as to which files to include. I looked into the Module folder and I am not sure exactly what to integrate.
Also how to integrate .apm files.
I don't expect a lengthy explanation ( although I don't mind one) but pointing me in the right direction will help me too.
