There's always MU/WU if this is so displeasing to you.

Is this a guessing game here, what file is failing, where's a log file - something to go on here please.

BTW, there are a few times when files fail and the release maintainer has no control - static file names and links is one. The only way this gets noticed is when the user reports the failed file - most users report the error without offering a back handed compliment.
